This is a 540,000 sf mixed use development consisting of two multi-story tower blocks situated over grade level retail accommodations and a three-floor, subgrade parking garage. The 18-story tower is slated for a combination of condominium residences, live-work housing and corporate headquarters office space. The adjoining 10-story tower is anticipated to house additional speculative office space.
The entire complex is powered by a combination of rooftop photovoltaic solar panels and an on-site electrical cogeneration facility. The project is designed to achieve a LEED Gold equivalent certification.
