Established in 2008, Szostak Build was born out of a need for modern, custom home builders in the area that specialized in our type of modern design. What began as building Phil Szostak’s residential home, quickly turned into building all residential projects for Szostak Design, spec homes, and multifamily projects. Director of Operations, Sarah Jones and Project Manager, Davis Andrews currently lead our group and ensure each project is handled with complete precision and oversight. Having a combined experience of more than 50 years, our team is adept at anticipating the needs of each job– ensuring any issues are mitigated as early as possible.
