2019 | NC State Reedy Creek Equine Farm | Raleigh, NC
This project relocated the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) equine Theriogenology facilities from a satellite campus in Southern Pines to the Reedy Creek Farm in Raleigh. The new facility is a joint venture of the CVM and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS).
Phase A of the relocation project included the design and construction of a new 7,800-square-foot Theriogenology building, a 2,300-square-foot Recipient Mare building, paddocks, fencing, site work, and utilities.
