The Fuquay-Varina Arts Center provides a new cultural heart for a town with a vibrant arts community and a growing population.
The project renovated 11,500-square-feet of existing space and constructed 7,000-square-feet of additional space at the corner of South Fuquay Avenue and East Vance Street in downtown Fuquay-Varina. The multi-use facility includes a 300-seat theater, dance studio, rehearsal space, flexible art studios, a gallery, and administrative office and support space.
