Stacy Goodman is a 2015 graduate of North Carolina State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Design and Architecture. In 2015, Stacy was awarded the Duda Travel Fellowship, a $10,000 travel stipend awarded to a graduate of architecture who has “demonstrated academic merit and design excellence throughout their degree program. The intent of this opportunity is to enhance the student’s education as an architect.” The aim of Stacy’s travel focused on the evolution of shared heritage in architecture around the Mediterranean Sea.
Stacy has contributed to a variety of projects at Szostak Design, namely The North Carolina Museum of Art’s SECU Education Center, a substantial renovation of the museum’s education spaces, including an auditorium, classroom, and central courtyard with advanced technology, acoustic, functional and aesthetic upgrades. She was also a key member of the design team for a dental and health clinic building renovation, several high end residences, and a 200-student educational child care center.
Stacy has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006. She has represented sellers and buyers of all levels, using marketing software and due diligence research to assure each client’s interests are achieved.
